Something is taking shape
In 2027, I’ll begin bringing women together in small groups and intimate spaces starting here in Noordhoek.
These will be embodied, experiential spaces for women who want to step away from the noise of everyday life, turn towards themselves, and explore some of the deeper questions of who they are, what they need, and how they want to live.

MORE OF ME
A six-week immersive group experience for women.
For the woman who has spent so much of her life giving, doing, caring, managing and holding everything together that somewhere along the way, she has lost a little of herself.
More of Me is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself and begin making space for more of what makes you feel alive.
Over six weeks, we come together in an intimate group of women to explore the value of rest, the art of receiving, the freedom of saying no, the pleasure of saying yes, and the parts of ourselves we may have quietened or left behind.
Through shared experiences, honest conversations, gentle accountability and small invitations to stretch ourselves in everyday life, we begin to discover what it might look like to put ourselves back into the picture.
Not another thing to achieve or get right, but an opportunity to remember what brings us joy, what we need, what we long for, and how we might begin making more room for it all.
